Registration in the registry of public sector partners

Are you doing business with village, town, county or with entities established, owned or controlled by the state? Do you own pharmacy or are you selling medical devices and aids? Are you providing health services? Are you receiving subsidies from european investment or structural funds? Did you acquire receivable from state or state owned or controlled company? Is the size of your business above the financial limits defined by the act No 315/2016 about the registry of the public sector partners, i.e. more than 100 000 eur per contract or more than 250 000 eur/year in case of repetitive supplies? Do you plan to participate in the public sector tender? If the answer to any of the questions above is yes, you need to be registered in the public sector register.
