Our team

Eva is Slovak licensed statutory auditor (SKAU licence No 934). She owns also ACCA Practising Certificate (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), internationally acknowledged audit and accounting institution with almost 100-years tradition.

Eva graduated at University of Economics in Bratislava and worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers Slovensko, s.r.o. since 1997. She left the company in December 2014 from the position of director in audit department and executive.

During the period of working for PricewaterhouseCoopers Slovensko, s.r.o., Eva was also responsible for compliance, risk management and other internal functions. Eva gained also broad experience in provision of internal trainings, as well as trainings for the company‘s clients.

In 2015 Eva established EP Consulting and she focuses on provision of economic and accounting advisory services, outsourcing in the area of financial management and training activities in the area of IFRS, accounting and audit profession related legislation. Since April 2017 EP Consulting provides also audit services.

During audit and advisory practice Eva gained experience from leading projects in the following areas of audit and advisory:

• audits and reviews of individual financial statements prepared in accordance with the Slovak accounting standards and International Standards on Financial Reporting,
• audits of consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with the International Standards on Financial Reporting,
• audits of Group reporting packages prepared in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP,
• other audit and assurance services,
• due diligence,
• financial analysis,
• economic and accounting advisory services.

Eva led these projects for middle sized and large companies acting e.g. in the areas of services, trade, automotive, pharmaceutical, engineering, chemical, rubbery, telecommunication industry, as well as public sector and share service centres.

Other than working within EP Consulting, Eva is also holding a function of the Chairman of the supervisory board and audit committee in several companies from HB Reavis Group as well as member of the audit committee for PHOENIX Zdravotnícke zásobovanie, a.s.

Petra graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Technical University of Košice. Since 2018, she worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers Slovensko, s.r.o., She left the company in 2021 from the position of senior audit associate. Petra joined the EP Consulting team in 2022.

During her audit practice Petra has acquired following experience from:

• audits and reviews of individual financial statements prepared in accordance with the Slovak accounting standards and International Standards on Financial Reporting,
• audits of consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with International Standards on Financial Reporting,
• audits of Group reporting packages prepared in accordance with IFRS,
• provision of other audit and assurance services,
• the area of assessment of control design and effective internal control environment.

Petra realized these projects within the companies operating in regulated industries as well as in the areas of provision of services and production.

Lenka finished professional, internationally acknowledged ACCA qualification (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).

Lenka graduated from Faculty of Finance, Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica. Since 2001, she worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers Slovensko, s.r.o. She left the company in 2010 from the position of audit manager and started her maternity leave.

During 2014/2015, between maternity leaves, she participated in internet platform CFO.sk – Best practise – Information database for companies finance management.

Lenka joined EP Consulting team in 2018.

During audit practice Lenka has gained experience in the following areas:

• audits and reviews of individual financial statements prepared in accordance with the Slovak accounting standards and International Standards on Financial Reporting audits of Group reporting packages prepared in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP,
• provision of other audit and assurance services,
• the area of assessment of control design and effective internal control environment.
• Lenka realized these projects mostly within production companies and non-banking institutions.

She realized these projects mostly in the production companies, as well as in various nonfinanial institutions.

Gabriela graduated from Faculty of Economics and Management, Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra.

In 2010 -2012 she started her career as a junior accountant in Aquastyl Slovakia, s.r.o.

In 2012-2017 she worked as an accountant/controller for insurance company D.A.S. Rechtsschutz AG in its Slovak branch.

Gabriela is working for EP Consulting as accounting expert since 2019 and also as assistent auditor since 2022.

During her accounting practice Gabriela has acquired following broad experience:

• responsibility for complex accounting in corporate information system SAP
• payroll data preparation for outsourcing payroll company
• tax reports preparation
• communication with public and non-public institutions and submission of required reports
• preparation of budgets, controlling and finance reports for internal and statutory purposes
• participation on year-end closing process and financial statements preparation
• participation on SAP implemention project

Veronika is assistant of statutory auditor (No of SKAU assistant auditor: 3326). Veronika finished professional, internationally acknowledged ACCA qualification (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).

Veronika graduated at University of Economics in Bratislava and since 2010, she worked for more than 5 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers Slovensko, s.r.o. She left the company in 2016 from the position of audit manager.

Since 2016, she is working as a freelancer and she focuses on audit and economic and accounting advisory services. She cooperates with EP Consulting team since 2017.

Veronika has broad experience from:

• audits and reviews of individual financial statements prepared in accordance with the Slovak accounting standards and International Standards on Financial Reporting
• audits of consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with International Standards on Financial Reporting
• audits of consolidation and Group reporting packages prepared in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP,
• provision of other audit and assurance services,
• provision of accounting advisory services,
• the area of assessment of control design and effective internal control environment.

Veronika realized these projects within the companies acting in the areas of provision of services, production, automotive industry, paper industry, agriculture, real estate development sector, as well as public sector.

Since 2016, she is working as a freelancer and she focuses on audit and economic and accounting advisory services. She cooperates with EP Consulting team since 2017.
